Runner on a hilltop path at sunrise

Four programs.One plan.

Every member begins with the same 90-minute assessment. From there, your physician builds a plan around what actually matters for you, which may involve one program or several.

01 · Metabolic Health

The quiet numbers decide the next twenty years.

Most men's metabolic problems show up in labs years before they show up anywhere else. Insulin resistance, rising ApoB, a fatty liver: none of it hurts until it does. We find it early and treat the system, not just the symptom.

Advanced lipid testing, including ApoB and Lp(a)
Fasting insulin and HbA1c
Liver and kidney function
Two-week continuous glucose monitor trial
Blood pressure tracking
Nutrition planning with clear, simple targets
Best for

Men with a family history of heart disease or diabetes, borderline labs, or a sense that "normal" isn't telling the whole story.

02 · Weight Management

Lose the weight. Keep the muscle.

GLP-1 medications have changed what's possible in weight management. They also carry a real risk of losing lean mass alongside fat. Our program pairs medication, when you're eligible, with body-composition tracking, protein targets, and strength guidance, so what you lose is the right kind of weight.

Physician evaluation for GLP-1 eligibility
DEXA body-composition scans at baseline and follow-up
Strength and protein guidance
Dose management and side-effect monitoring
A plan for maintenance, not just loss
Eligibility

GLP-1 medications are prescribed only to eligible members after a physician evaluation. Not everyone is a candidate, and we'll tell you if you aren't.

03 · Hormone Health

A full evaluation. Not a single number.

Fatigue, low drive, poor recovery, and brain fog have many causes. Testosterone is one possibility. So are sleep, thyroid, stress, and metabolic health. We evaluate the whole picture, confirm with repeat testing, and treat only when it's clinically indicated.

Comprehensive hormone panel with repeat morning testing
Thyroid, metabolic, and sleep screening
A clear conversation about benefits, risks, and fertility
Ongoing monitoring if treatment is appropriate

If treatment isn't the right answer, we'll say so, and help you find what is.

04 · Preventive & Longevity

Find it early. Plan in decades.

Longevity isn't a supplement stack. It's catching disease early and building the capacity (strength, cardiovascular fitness, sleep) that keeps you doing what you love at 70. We use the testing the evidence supports and skip what it doesn't.

Cardiovascular risk assessment, including coronary calcium scoring where appropriate
VO2 max and strength benchmarks
Age-appropriate cancer screening, coordinated
Sleep assessment
A long-range plan, reviewed every year

Medicine is half of it.

Every member gets a plan for training, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, built around their actual calendar: the travel, the dinners, the early flights. Your physician coordinates it so it all points in the same direction.

On peptides and newer therapies.

Members ask about peptides often. Our physicians will walk through the evidence with you plainly: what's established, what's still investigational, and what isn't FDA-approved. Many peptide therapies fall in those last two categories. We only consider treatments that can be legally prescribed and that we'd be comfortable defending to a colleague.

Neither is anyone, before the assessment.
